Sorting conveyor is used in a fruit, berry and vegetable processing line for sorting and drying the products.
The Industrial Citrus Juice Production Line is composed of a Sorting Conveyor, the Fruit and Vegetable Washer AQUA 3000, Industrial Citrus Juicer, and a 6-head Bottle Filler GRAVITY.
The Industrial Citrus Juice Production Line is engineered to deliver maximum efficiency, reliability, and juice quality for professional citrus processing. Built to handle a wide range of fruits – including oranges, tangerines, grapefruits, limes, and lemons – this system is also available with a specialized configuration for pomegranate processing.
It delivers a high output of 450 – 950 liters of juice per hour, processing up to 150 fruits per minute. The system is designed to handle fruits with diameters ranging from 55 mm to 100 mm, ensuring full flexibility across citrus varieties.
The key takeaway is that larger citrus fruit result in significantly higher juice production.
- Small Citrus (Calibre 9-11): Using Kit 9, the line processes about 150 fruits/min, yielding approximately 361 litres of juice per hour.
- Medium Citrus (Calibre 5-8): With Kit 8, the rate is about 134 fruits/min, but the yield increases to approximately 458 litres per hour.
- Large Citrus (Calibre 2-4): Using Kit 7, the line processes about 117 fruits/min but produces the highest yield, approximately 936 litres of juice per hour.
The machine features wide fruit compatibility, advanced extraction technology that minimizes essential oil content for superior flavor retention, and a continuous rotary filter that efficiently separates pulp and seeds. Waste is collected in a dedicated stainless steel drawer, simplifying cleaning and maintenance.
Constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel, it guarantees durability, hygiene, and easy cleaning, meets food industry standards. The integrated feeding system includes a variable-speed stainless steel elevator and a 40 kg capacity hopper, enabling uninterrupted operation without frequent refilling.
The line is designed for seamless integration with ProFruit processing equipment, including washing, pasteurization, and filling systems. It combines efficiency, adaptability, and long-term reliability, ensuring premium juice quality for commercial producers.
