About The Client

Sandiarstvo Krepfl is a third-generation family farm located in Rače, Slovenia, specializing in the cultivation and processing of fruits and berries. The farm primarily grows apples, pears, raspberries, blackberries, plums, and cherries. Following the harvest season, they produce a variety of delicacies including juices, dried fruits, jams, vinegar, and spirits.

The Goal

Previously, we outsourced apple pressing services to another farm, while pasteurization and filling were conducted on-site. This has been our practice for the past 12 years. However, due to the rising demand for fruit juices and pressing services, we made the decision to invest in a new and innovative juice production line.

The Solution

Their primary goal was to maximize fruit processing efficiency while maintaining high product quality. Therefore, they embarked on a search for a reputable press manufacturer and ultimately chose ProFruit Machinery as the partner.

The Benefits

“Our transition to a self-sufficient juice production line has not only maximized our fruit yield but also minimized processing costs.

With our enhanced processing capabilities, we’re now able to process up to 1200 kilograms of fruit per hour. Additionally, we can process berries with an output of 500 liters per hour. We can confidently say that we have not only optimized our workflow but also aligned with the growing production demand.”
