About The Client

Le Pressoir de la Ville-neuve is a family business which produces apple juice and cider, and provides juice pressing service for clients. They have a juice pressing factory and press apple juice for their customers during the apple harvest season. They also produce their own juice and cider, and sell it in various market places.

The Goal

After a few seasons of work, natural apple juice produced by Le Pressoir de la Ville-neuve became so popular that their old 350 kg/h press was not enough. Demand was so big that to satisfy their customers, the family business started looking for a press with bigger efficiency.

The Solution

After learning about client’s needs and expectations, we offered a belt press POWERPRESS 1200 with 1200 kg/h capacity. It works perfectly in juice pressing factories and can achieve the juice yield from apples up to 75 %.

The Benefits

Belt press POWERPRESS 1200 has increased client’s efficiency by 35 % which significantly contributes to their work process. By getting bigger efficiency, they are able to serve a lot more clients during a busy apple harvest time.

The juice yield of apples using our machine is up to 75 %. It means that machine squeezes everything it can from apple leaving only a dry leftover mash.

Our belt presses also come with integrated pump and juice collection tank. This means our clients save money and do not need additional juice collection tank and pump which otherwise would use much space and cause additional costs.
